SHILPI FOUNDATION SANSTHAN, Jodhpur is a non-profit charitable organization, exclusively dedicated to the welfare of youth from Jangid Brahmin Community in the state of Rajasthan, providing Professional Career Guidance and helping the youth reach the desired career goals.

The founders of SHILPI FOUNDATION SANSTHAN felt over the years that many a times the intelligent youth from the community gives up on the career goals either in absence of proper guidance or sometimes because of the financial constraints. With a thorough research, consultations and observations, the concept of establishing a helping platform for the purpose came into the mind, in the form of this foundation.

The SHILPI FOUNDATION is, therefore, an outcome of a wider vision and a mission to serve the society. Many of the finest minds from the society came forward to shoulder the responsibility in various forms and the desire to hold the hands of the needy youth and help them. The foundation has been dedicated to Educational Welfare of the society youth through Planned Career Guidance, Required Coaching help and of course, Extending the Financial Assistance to those who really need it to pursue their goals.

Friends, Shilpi Foundation is an initiative of some Aware, Awaken and Able people from our own community to cater to the needs of young talents who are otherwise found to be brilliant but have numerous constraints in their way to a deserving career goal. It is here that the Shilpi Foundation intervenes as a facilitator and tries its level best to be helpful to them during their journey to a chosen career destination.

VISION

The very thought of the Shilpi Foundation is to strengthen the society we come from. The youth is the obvious future of any society and so is the vision of this foundation that it should cater to the needs of the youth, especially in Education. An Aware and Awaken Youth is an asset to society. Let us make this asset Strong and Sustainable.

MISSION

The Mission of the Shilpi Foundation is to put in sincere efforts towards Exploring Possibilities in order to facilitate Educational Assistance to the needy youth from the Vishwakarma Suthar Samaj so as to enable them achieve their GOALS. The foundation works on ‘One for All’ and ‘All for One’ mission, helping the young talent reach their chosen goal and contribute to the development of the society.

OBJECTIVES

The prime objective of the foundation is to act as a platform to offer Career and Coaching Guidance to the young talent from the society.
It also aims to extend Financial Aid to the youngsters who have financial constraint in pursuing the Studies, Coaching for Competitive or Professional Exams.
The foundation wishes to stand has a hope and help to those who are compelled to drop their aspirations due to financial constraints.
It wishes to facilitate Educational Facilities by arranging for Good Coaching and Affordable Accommodations so as to help them pursue their goals uninterrupted.
The foundation also organizes various Career Guidance Camps to allow the young talent to explore the best opportunity available in Education, Coaching and Career for them.

The Shilpi Foundation is a ‘Thought’ of helping the youth and enabling them achieve their career goals. It is so well known that our society is full of brilliant talent but in absence of proper guidance and support, they sometime do not reach the goal, they might have aspired to.

The Shilpi foundation acts as a facilitator for them for better guidance on career options, coaching and financial support, if needed. If we support today’s talent and help them grow, it will be real change that our society could have. It was this noble idea that various successful joined hands and they together formed this foundation.

It is going to be big platform to serve the society. Since the people like me are aware of the students coming from our society, especially from the rural background that what type of problems they face during their struggle to reach their chosen career goals. We, therefore, decided to serve the society in the best possible manner and I think, there cannot be a better medium of change or service for a society like our’s than the Educational Development and career Guidance.

I hope more and more people from our society will help our cause and more and more need students and aspirants will come forward to take maximum benefit from our foundation in terms of Guidance, Coaching and Scholarships.
